Sensei Kristin is an instructor at Evolve Karate, where she has been teaching as head instructor since 2020. She began her karate journey in 1996 and has spent years training, competing, and helping others grow in martial arts.
As a competitor, Sensei Kristin has earned 31 Grand Champion titles from different martial arts organizations. 2 USKA State Grand Championships, 4 USKA National Grand Championships, and 2 USKA World Grand Championships. Her hard work and dedication have made her a well-respected name in the karate community, and she continues to compete at the national and international level.
In 2019, she was inducted into the USKA Hall of Fame and the Chittim/Jordan Roll of Honor in recognition of her achievements in the martial arts world.
As an instructor, Sensei Kristin is passionate about teaching her students not only how to defend themselves but also how to grow in character, confidence, and discipline. She finds great joy in helping students achieve their goals, whether in karate or in life.
